Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 24 hours(Monday–Friday).Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once shipped, customers receive an email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by province:

Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
Western Canada: 3–6 business days
Atlantic Canada: 3–6 business days
Northern regions: 5–10 business days

Order Changes & Cancellations

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.

Returns & Refunds
